Welcome to RN Health Help...
We are registered nurses with special training in Complementary Alternative Health Practices that
can be integrated into your medical program as prescribed by your physician.

They can help with health problems related to stressful life events such as relationships, career,
aging, and coping with acute or chronic illnesses.
You often cannot change the stressful factors in your
life, so you must  change the way you respond to stress in order to improve your health.

Consider complementary alternative health practices if you have stress-related health problems
such as:
Stress or premenstrual headaches
General discomfort such as aches and pains that
persist in spite of the best efforts of your physician
Stress related difficulty sleeping or decreased energy

NOTICE

Any recommendations made by RN Health Help are merely suggestions made to the client based on the information received from the client as well as
observations made of the client. It is completely up to the client to procede with the recomendations and evaluate their effectiveness on their overall health, or not
follow the recomended treatments at all. The client is always encouraged to do research on any of the complementary and alternative treatments before trying them.

There are no explicit or implicit guarantees made by RN Health Help that the outcome desired by the client will be the outcome delivered by the recommended
treatment.

The overall goal in holistic therapy is the collaboration of the client and holistic nurse in the assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of care. The client is
the ultimate authority in that collaboration. Holistic care is based on scientifically studied concepts as well as traditional treatment concepts that have not been
proven in a laboratory setting. The client has the responsibility to inform their physician of all complementary and alternative health practices they are using.
