Opening to Spiritual Growth with your feet on the
ground...
Fe Murray RN, MSN
Taking responsibility for your life is easier said than done. Not only do you have to open your eyes and really see yourself and
those around you, you have to question the clarity of your of seeing. Once you actually accept that others are not the cause of your
life situation, you can examine the root causes of your pain and thereby eliminate them.

Pain in the body is always a manifestation of blocked emotions at the level of the body. These emotions are so strong because
they are rooted deep in our childhood, or possibly, as Valerie Hunt calls it, in past lifehoods. I realize that I am assuming my
beliefs are true: That we have a soul that never dies; that we live so that our soul can grow to its highest potential; that the Creative
Force of the Universe, God, is a benevolent force that set up the self-sustaining laws of the universe; that we attract to us what we
contribute to the world and what our subconscious expects; that if we do not meet our highest potential in this lifehood, our soul
returns to a body again, bringing our behavioral and emotional patterns to each life time; our deepest longing is to experience a
deep connection to this Creative Force and manifest greatness; the hardest job is to harness our will to do what looks difficult so
as to satisfy this longing; we are supported whenever we are true to ourselves, but we have to ask for guidance, open to that help,
and drop all expectations as to what that help might look like; we even have to drop all expectations we might have of the outcome.

The body is the portal to the soul. The body is the densest, lowest vibrational manifestation of our spirit. Our spirit is the highest
vibrational level. It is already perfect, it is of a divine nature, in God's image. Our soul vibration is connected to the body and not yet
perfect. When we reach our maximum potential body/mind, soul, and spirit are integrated. When we are in alignment with our soul
purpose, we have a coherent, organized energy field that takes in energy, gives out energy, and guides our cells into proper growth
and function. When we are suffering, something is out of alignment. There is a strain, an incoherent break in our energy field that
sends deviant messages to our body cells leading to chaos and illness. Health and illness begin in the energy field.

You will experience true healing if you look at what these blocked emotions are and what they might relate to. This is not an
intellectual process, it is an intuitive one. We have access to truth and knowledge that is beyond our educational histories. The
body signals us when it recognizes the truth. It tells us when it has identified non-truth or distorted truth. We have to tune into its
signal. It is different for all of us, but it has the qualities of a lightness and peace that is physically felt.

" Our worst fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure...
There is nothing enlightening about shrinking
so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
....as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
