If every cancer or every infection begins with a few cells, a healthy
immune system can manage the problem while it is minor. If we
allow our stress reactions to compromise our immune system,
the disease cells multiply and divide. Stress will never go away.
If we cannot calm the mind, we must calm the body. One will affect
the other.

A multitude of personal or workplace issues fit within the two
categories of fear and anger, e.g. anxiety, irritability, defensiveness,
intolerance.  Thinking processes and skills can be learned to cope
with these issues. Our unique approach works with motivating the
body/mind/spirit as a whole (a holistic approach). Our focus is to get
to the root of the problems and increase co-workers' awareness of
their behavior and their effect on others. We can tailor the sessions to
fit your own personal needs or the needs of managers or staff.    
SPIRITUAL WORK
Eventually you will begin to realize that
many of your physical problems are rooted
in your non-physical soul and spirit. Spiritual
assessment and counseling is not based on
any religion. It is part of the nursing process
to help you to evaluate how your physical
condition affects your outlook on life and
vice versa. Do you find meaning in your life
experience? If you are suffering, do you see
it as an inconvenience, as retribution, or as
a gateway to learning more about your
purpose in this lifetime? All of this affects
your willingness to heal.

Nutritional Counseling
Many myths surround the subject of nutrition. We help you to find a
program that works for you that is based in reality and can serve you
over your life time. Herbal and vitamin supplementation is discussed.
Our basic philosophy is that choosing healthy food, maximizing your
body's ability to digest, consistent moderate exercise, while
managing your stress response is the best approach to nutrition.
